Bone Jour Supplement FactsBone Jour!™ contains minerals, vitamins, and cofactors needed to support the functioning of bones, connective tissues, nerves, and muscles. The formula includes calcium (from Krebs cycle bionutrients of malate and citrate), magnesium (from glycinate and lysinate), zinc, silica (from horsetail herb), boron, manganese, copper, strontium, Vitamin C (from calcium ascorbate), Vitamin D3, and Vitamins K1 and K2 (MK-7).

The health of connective tissues, nerves, and muscles depends on a wide range of nutrients in addition to calcium. These other nutrients have been shown through extensive research to work synergistically with calcium.

Bone Jour!™ is especially useful for regulating calcium balance and can be used in cases where connective tissues, nerves, and muscles have been injured or are undergoing excessive stress (in strenuous athletic activity) and/or degradation.

Glycine and lysine are important nutrients for producing connective tissue and the Krebs cycle bionutrients (citrate, succinate, alpha-ketoglutarate, fumarate, and malate) participate in many important bodily metabolic functions.

Bone Jour!™ comes in the form of a vegetarian capsule allowing for optimal absorption of nutrients and is suitable for vegetarians.
