Introducing the Rejuvenation Program

Years ago, Hank Liers, PhD began his lifelong study of the reversal of natural aging. Along the way he read hundreds of books on the subject, met with renowned thought leaders, and analyzed every bit of relevent scientific literature he could get his hands on. Much of his accumulated knowledge resides at the intersections between seemingly disparate disciplines: epigenetics, chemistry, biology, nutrition, traditional and holistic medicine, and of course spirituality. We are these things, after all, and much more!

 Over time Dr. Liers’ observations and writings coalesced into a loosely assembled volume he came to call his Rejuvenation Program. It consists of health-building practices, principles, and exercises, that in total represent a full rejuvenation lifestyle. This lifestyle promotes rejuvenation of body, mind, and spirit. It’s a pathway through many disciplines that supports a lifetime of restorative health.

The Rejuvenation Program is evolving. Portions of the Rejuvenation Program actually started out as tools to be used following injury or illness. The practices, protocols, and recommendations developed over 30 years are not finished.

In addition to these practices, Dr. Liers has developed a line of unique nutritional supplements that support rejuvenation. Each of these products address specific issues and deficiencies found in modern diets and lifestyles.

  1. Attitude & Commitment. Determination and a great attitude are the cornerstones of the program. Your attitude and commitment are critical because ultimately only your efforts will produce results.

  3. Preventing Additional Toxicity. To attain your best health you must prevent the further buildup of toxins. This is primarily achieved by avoiding the most common toxins and consuming non-toxic foods and using non-toxic products.
  4. Health Building Nutrition. Maximize your nutrition intake from food, supplements, water, vegetable juices. There are so many creative ways to modify your nutritional intake!
