In order to better serve you during non-business hours, we now use an ANSWERING SERVICE for taking orders and messages. You will reach our Answering Service when you call our Toll-Free line (1-800-228-4265) during the week between approx. 4:30 pm and 9 am (after hours), and between 11:45 am and 1 pm (lunch hour) (MST), as well as during weekends and Holidays.

If you prefer to place an order or request for information on our office answering machine (and bypass our Answering Service) during non-business hours, place orders directly on our Service Line answering machine: 1-520-896-9193. We also accept orders by FAX: 520-896-9160.

If you would prefer to speak with an HPDI Customer Service Agent, please call us during our regular business hours, 9 am– 11:45 am and 1 pm–4:30 pm, Arizona time. We will be pleased to assist you!

We will listen to your message during the morning of the following business day. We will then immediately process your order, respond to your request, or return your call, if necessary.
